Sandy was busy taking the George Brown fromagerie course and was studying how the terroir changed the flavour profile of cheese. While driving along highway 33 she passed two apple orchards and wondered why there was no products made using hard cider. She has created a line of hard cider products using natural healthy grown in Ontario ingredients.
